The Desktop Compliance Desktop application runs on existing hardware and software and downloads quickly to the user’s computer from the Internet to enable them to instantly manage their particular area of compliance. Whether it’s ensuring for example, Human Resources legislation or FSA Handbook MiFID sections are complied with, the software includes the entire content of the purchased legislation(s) formatted into compliance questions and provides the spreadsheet framework for each legislation for further filtering and management.

The system produces detailed reports with the risks highlighted by priority and impact to the organisation. The applications available include, but are not limited to:

• The most commonly used UK Acts – such as the Health and Safety Act
• FSA Handbook
• Industry Guidelines

When legislative updates are issued, ComplySoft will advise the user that there is a new version available for download.  All client input data will synchronise from the current version into the new version.
